We are Caroline and Mike, and we started Estate Concierge and Downsizing Services to help individuals when they are in need, at a time of loss or grieving with too much on their to-do list.

​

Over the past 27 years, we have been able to build a very trustworthy team and the best community connections to make estate clearing and selling fast, easy and stress-free, and we love it!

We noticed that other services in our area that "remove junk" for a fee, was not really what you needed when facing an estate full of furniture, collectables, art, clothing, dishes and more.

 

We know that you need someone to go in and organize items that you want to keep, ship, store, sell and donate.

You need someone to clear the old food, rip up the stained carpets, wash the windows, repaint, stage and do any small repairs necessary to list and resell your home. 

​

You need someone who can make decisions and act with your interests in mind from a place of compassion and empathy.
